What Constitutes a Typical 10 lb Load?
For a single person this would be something like: a couple pairs of jeans , 4 skirts or pairs of board shorts , 8 t-shirts, socks and undies. You can drop in any basket, laundry bag or garbage...we will accommodate.
Do I Separate colors/Dry Cleaning?
Colors no...DRYCLEANING items YES. All wash dropped off as laundry will be laundered. If you wish to launder a DRYCLEAN only item we will not be heald liable. Your separated DRYCLEAN items will be drycleaned.
Can I Have My Pet's Bedding Cleaned?
Yes! We love our furry friends and since we use a sanitization system for every load, we can clean their bedding too. Pet Pounds are charged separately and not included in any LB Club plan as they need specialized treatment.
STAINS?
The best success for stain removal is to hit the stain with Zout or Oxiclean quickly after it happens (with a little rub in action). Time is a stains best or worst friend. Please point out or separate clothing with stains and we will do our best to try and get them out. We use organic environmentally friendly stain removal tecniques but all stains are not created equal and may not come out.
What if I Go Over My Monthly Weight Limit?
You are charged by the pound at the reduced rate associated with your subscription level.
Does Laundry Bar Offer Rush Services?
While Laundry Bar offers quick turnaround on all our services, sometimes you need shirts cleaned and pressed immediately for an important meeting. Yes! We offer rush services at additional cost for such circumstances.
What About Sheets, Tablecloths and Larger Items?
Sheets are cleaned and ironed. We also welcome tablecloths, pillows, blankets, & comforters too. These services are charged separately and not included in any LB Club plan as they need specialized treatment.
What if I Don't Reach My Monthly Weight Limit?
Easy! Depending on your plan up to 10 lbs will roll over to the next month with a 3 month limit.
What if I Want to Change Plans?
If the Laundry Bar plan you initially selected is not perfect for your needs, you can change your plan at any time. The new plan will take effect the next month, and you can roll over, any accumulated rollover pounds from your previous plan.
Unused pounds can not be redeemed for cash.
Can I Cancel My Plan?
Simply contact us to cancel your subscription at any time. Any rollover pounds are forfeited upon cancellation.
